Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bước Theo Chân Chúa ("App"), a mobile application for church attendance check-in and community engagement. By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Bước Theo Chân Chúa provides the following features:

• GPS Check-in — Verify attendance at church locations using your device's GPS.
• Leaderboard — View community attendance rankings among participating members.
• Missions & Achievements — Complete faith-based missions to earn points and unlock achievements.
• Attendance Streaks — Track and celebrate consecutive attendance records.
• Church Directory — Browse and find churches nearby.

To use Bước Theo Chân Chúa you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

The check-in feature requires access to your device's GPS. By using it you agree that:

• Location data is used solely to verify your physical presence at a church venue.
• Location is accessed only at the moment of check-in — the App does not track you in the background.
• Spoofing or faking your GPS location to fraudulently check in is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

Points, achievements, streaks, and leaderboard rankings have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or goods. We reserve the right to adjust point values, mission criteria, or achievement rules at any time, and to remove points earned through fraudulent means.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our servers.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or third-party tools to manipulate check-ins, points, or rankings.
• Harass or harm other users through any in-app feature.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

Churches listed on the App are independent organizations. Bước Theo Chân Chúa is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any church, its teachings, events, or activities. We list churches for directory and check-in purposes only.

All content, design, graphics, and code in Bước Theo Chân Chúa are owned by the developer and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, device damage, or loss of attendance records.

You may delete your account at any time from within the App. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a security risk.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
