This page explains how to permanently delete your Bước Theo Chân Chúa account and all associated data. You have two options:
Fastest
Delete in the app
Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Data is removed immediately.
Request by email
When you can't access the app. Processed within 30 days.

What Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
Your profile (name, email, avatar)
All check-in history
Points earned and points history
Leaderboard entries
Mission progress
Streak records
Achievements unlocked
Anonymized aggregate statistics (e.g., total check-ins per church) may be retained without any link to your identity.

How to Delete Your Account In-App

Open the Bước Theo Chân Chúa app on your device.

Go to the Profile tab.

Tap Settings.

Select Delete Account.

Confirm the deletion when prompted.

If you cannot access the app or experience any difficulties, you may request account deletion by emailing us using the template below. We will process your request and permanently delete your personal data within 30 days.
