This page explains how to permanently delete your Bước Theo Chân Chúa account and all associated data.

§ 1

What Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

Your profile (name, email, avatar)
All check-in history
Points earned and points history
Leaderboard entries
Mission progress
Streak records
Achievements unlocked

Anonymized aggregate statistics (e.g., total check-ins per church) may be retained without any link to your identity.

§ 2

How to Delete Your Account In-App

You can delete your account directly from the app by following these steps:

Open the Bước Theo Chân Chúa app on your device.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.

⚠️ This action is permanent and irreversible. All your data will be deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.

§ 3

Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app or experience any difficulties, you may request account deletion by emailing pcngocthach@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and the email address associated with your account.

We will process your request and permanently delete your personal data within 30 days.
